You asked for it, and we listened. Our habanero and jalapeno peppers provide a nice kick, but the blend is not so overpowering that it hides the flavor of this delightful sauce. It does have a unique taste.
This is Kathy’s “go-to” sauce for cooking. The lemon oil we use in preparing the sauce makes it universally applicable to chicken and seafood as well as beef. Brush a sea bass fillet with olive oil, garlic, and sea salt. Apply Thermonuclear Hot Sauce to the top, bottom, and sides of the fillet, top with cilantro, and grill for 8 minutes if you want to see how this sauce brings out the natural flavor of a food.
But don’t use it just for cooking. Use it on cooked meals. It will complement any food.
